The RN Manager of Clinical Operations has the rewarding opportunity to travel throughout Nevada, collaborating with fellow nurse managers to ensure daily operations are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. In this role, you will serve as a liaison and consultant within Cleveland Clinic and with external institutions and clients, fostering strong partnerships and supporting operational excellence.

A caregiver in this role works Monday - Friday| 7:00am to 4:30pm and may work until 5:00pm based on facility needs| No weekends or holidays required.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop andmaintaina high-level customer focused effort. Recommends changes to improve quality of care.

  • Participate indepartmentsand program work with corporate clients.

  • Assume fiscal responsibility for the expenditures.

  • Attain andmaintainadherencetoprescribed regulatory standards.

  • Perform system analysis to create new systems and operating procedures or revises established systems to achieve maximum efficiency of the department's patient care delivery

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing(BSN)

  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Good human relations and customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills(strongoral, written, communication skills, excellent organizationalskillsand time management)

  • Willing to manage the department beyond the normal operational schedule as many of our patients may be in time zones thatrequiredcommunication at off hours

  • Extensive management experience in clinical environments and administrative duties related to the work of the department (will be evaluated and may be substituted for educational achievements)

Preferredqualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master's Degree

  • 5 years of recent management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to meeting.

  • Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $92,620.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $141,265.00

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
