Job Description

Manages a team of cloud software professionals who are responsible for delivering results across a broad range of cloud software, including software development, design, debug, validation, and optimization, cloud orchestration, and/or cloud customer enablement. May also provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 10+ yrs in software development experience and 2 yrs of engineering manager experience.
Prior experience with operating and building systems management platform is must required capabilities on the role. Well versed with software engineering practices, including agile development methodology.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
