Responsibilities
The Van Remmen Lab is looking for a Research Technician or Senior Research Technician to conduct basic research in aging, skeletal muscle biology and mitochondrial function through in vitro and in vivo approaches with mice. Specific duties include, but are not limited to mammalian cell culture, western blotting, real time PCR analysis, basic biochemical assays, immunohistochemistry, mouse handling, euthanasia and dissection, and PCR genotyping.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree typically in one of the biological sciences and/or equivalent years of professional, paid, relevant laboratory experience.
